Finlandia Caviar Selection comes from a seven-year-old hybrid of Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) and Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii). Its large, lustrous grains draw lively marine brightness from Baerii and rounded umami from the Amur sturgeon.
