Finlandia Caviar is a family company run by Valeria Hirvonen and her son Kirill Siren. Both have worked with caviar, roe, fish, and other seafoods for decades — Kirill ever since his youth. Valeria was awarded Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012.
In 2014, they opened Helsinki’s first caviar and oyster bar by the sea at Kauppatori. Its elegant interior, reflecting timeless Nordic design, was created by Joanna Laajisto, Interior Architect of the Year 2018.
In addition to their wide, self-imported selection of oysters and caviar, you’ll also find fresh truffle, lobster, and other delicacies — served in-house or available to take home. Locals and quality-seeking visitors alike have come to appreciate Finlandia Caviar.
