Oyster Fest 2025 is Finland’s premier oyster event, combining world-class competition with festive tastings, live entertainment, and culinary discovery.
The event takes place Saturday, November 15 at Vanha Talvitie 14 in Helsinki, from 12:00 to 21:00.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided by two legends in the oyster world: Johann Schlag, Finland’s leading oyster expert, and Anti Lepik, a multi-time world champion in oyster opening.
Festival guests can take part in caviar and oyster tastings, watch thrilling competitions, and even join the amateur oyster opening or eating contest.
