FC Oyster Fest 2025 is a full-day celebration of oyster culture, culinary excellence, and shared discovery.

From world-class competitions to curated wine pairings and exclusive caviar tastings, the event brings together great chefs, sommeliers, food lovers, and — of course — you, our honored guests.

You’ll also get a taste of what we offer year-round — from our signature caviar and lobster roll at the Helsinki restaurant to caviar and oyster tastings from our restaurant.

Our expert hosts include Anti Lepik (multi-time world champion) and Johann Schlag (Finland’s leading shucker), who will guide you through the art of choosing, opening, and enjoying oysters.

This one-day festival is your chance to meet the faces behind Finlandia Caviar, discover new pairings, and try exclusive products not available anywhere else.

Whether you're tasting your first oyster or returning for the thrill, this is the place to eat, learn, and celebrate — together.

The event is hosted by Kris Gum, who for years has served as the commentator for Finland’s official oyster opening championships.

As a seasoned emcee, he’ll guide you through the day — sharing competition rules, rivalries, and behind-the-scenes moments from the world of oysters.
