Our restaurant offers caviar and oyster tasting menus, truffle lobster rolls, and signature caviar pasta. We are Finland’s first caviar and oyster restaurant.

We serve Finland’s most extensive selection of caviar – including Beluga, Ossetra, Kaluga, Sevruga, Baerii, and Imperial. Our tasting menus offer a refined and approachable way to explore the intricate world of caviar.

You’ll also find six varieties of oysters from Europe’s top producers – from classic French Fine de Claire and the renowned Gillardeau to our newest addition, the Irish Carina.

The selection includes gratinéed Rockefeller oysters for a warm and indulgent option.

Our kitchen also prepares lobster bisque, lobster pasta with fresh truffle, and pizzas topped with bear meat or premium caviar – alongside other specialties.
